This paper investigates the financing strategies of capital-constrained green product manufacturers under manufacturer competition. Considering the competition between capital-constrained green product manufacturers, three game models corresponding to external financing, internal financing, and mixed external-internal financing are constructed respectively, and comparative analysis is conducted on the three proposed game models. The results show that the profit dominance of Manufacturer 1 and Manufacturer 2 under different financing models is closely related to the financing interest rate and the product competition intensity coefficient. The retail pricing of retailers across various financing modes is also highly dependent on financing interest rates. In contrast, manufacturers’ green technology investment levels and retailers’ profits are only determined by financing interest rates.
